Chef4Rent is the only local in-home meal delivery service in the Syracuse area.
DeAnna Germano started Chef4Rent to bring her love of healthy, nutritious meals to families everywhere. After starting her career working in various restaurants, she decided to branch out and start a business built on her passion for food. As a working mother herself, she fully understands how busy life can get, so she decided to start Chef4Rent to provide easy to make, nutritious and locally sourced prepared meals.
In-home meal delivery is the fastest growing segment for us, however we love hosting dinner parties, catering large scale parties, baking beautiful cakes and driving our food truck around town.
Recently we even catered a truly unique event for a celebration of paranormal exploration, as featured in The Eagle Observer. Such a fun event for us!
DeAnna also recently won the 2016 Syracuse business woman’s award for community achievement for creation of a kids cooking program at local YMCAs.
Meet Chef DeAnna:
I received my bachelors degree in Culinary Arts and Service Management from Paul Smith’s College and an Associates in Business in just 3 years with high honors. I’ve worked in many high class restaurants such as Lake Placid Lodge and Mirbeau Inn and Spa. I have my ServeSafe Certification and many other accreditations.
But anyone who really knows me, knows my passion for food. I have been cooking since an early age with my family and love to cook for those on their special days like weddings, parties and just a small gathering of friends and family. Food can bring people together at times of need and in times of celebration and that’s what I hope to bring to you and your families.
I am someone who cares about food and wants to help create memorable parties for families and friends. Food connects people, and is something we all relate to in different ways. Whether a graduation, wedding or birthday party, we strive to make your party memorable with great food and impeccable customer service.
And don’t be surprised if you find me at a local charity event. Non profit work is one of my passions – recently attending events at the Ronald MacDonald House, March of Dimes and American Cancer Society events.
